Stroboscopic Artefactsレーベルのボスとして新世代のミニマル・テクノ・シーンを牽引するLucyによる2年振りの来日公演が9月16日に決定。エレクトロニック音楽のミュージシャン、プロデューサー、DJとはこうあるべきだといった先入観に囚われることなく、独自の美的感覚を持ち高いクオリティの作品を送り出してきたクリエイターが再びVENTに降臨する！
Ben KlockやSilent Servant、James Ruskin、Donato Dozzyなどのトップクリエイターたちから厚い信頼を受け、自身のレーベルを始めCLRやLife and Deathなどの人気レーベルからコンスタントに作品をリリースしてきたLucy。Berghain、Fabric、Warehouse Projectなどの名門クラブやSonar、Mutek、Dekmantel、Movement Detroit、Awakeningsなどの大型フェスティバルにてその並外れた才能を披露してきた。
プロデューサー、DJ、パフォーマー、Stroboscopic Artefactsのキュレーターといったマルチな活動を通して自身の持つ創造性を昇華させてきた彼の音楽に対する情熱は、常に新しいリスナーを引き続けている。巧みにフロアのムードを操り、まるで儀式の場のようにスピリチュアルな感覚に満ちた空間を一度味わったなら、きっとその感覚からは抜け出せなくなるだろう！
The prince charming of the new minimal scene - Lucy is coming back to VENT, full force!
As label boss of Stroboscopic Artefacts he is helping to toe the line for the next generation of Minimal Techno. As an electronic musician, producer and DJ, he strives to hold no preconceived notions on how things should be or sound. Instead, he depends on his own sense and aesthetics to continuously deliver high-quality releases. This will be Lucy’s first time back in Japan in two years, and we are honored to have him back on the decks here at Vent on September 16th.
Lucy gets mad respect from top creators like Ben Klock, Silent Servant, James Ruskin and Donato Dizzy, and is constantly releasing works for not only his own label, but also for CLR and Life and Death, to name a few. Additionally, he’s become a mainstay at some of the world’s most prestigious clubs like Berghain, Fabric and Warehouse Project, as well as in the big festival circuit, hitting Sonar, Mutek, Dekmantel, Movement Detroit and Awakenings.

Lucy is a multi-tasking, multi-talented dynamo filled with passion and creativity, who is continuously winning over new fans and listeners. As a DJ, he is a master of manipulating the dance floor - so much so it’s almost like some sort of highly spiritual ceremony.
